Charles Lynch (Chuck)
Owner and President
Owner and President Charles Lynch was born and raised in Orlando. He established CJS Aluminum Inc. in 1981 becoming a licensed contractor with the State of Florida to serve clients in Orlando. He started out as a gutter installer and then quickly learned other installation methods and trades. Building his business from the ground up Charles soon learned what hard work really meant. His level of expertise became well respected within the construction industry. Conducting business the ”right” way his business grew and now CJS services all of Central Florida from Tampa to Brevard and Deltona to Osceola county.
Today, Charles relies on a staff of over 10 professionals to provide excellent customer service and quality craftsmanship to his clients, yet he continues to manage and oversee daily operations. He is personally involved with proposals and vigorously oversees all projects to ensure his clients’ satisfaction.

John Terrell
Supervisor / EstimatorJohn came aboard the CJS team in 2001 bringing 12 years of construction experience and knowledge. He alternates his time between managing the gutter department and estimating jobs in the field. He is well trained in budgeting, estimating and managing projects of various size and scope. He is the main contact for many custom home builders and specializes in custom projects. His commitment to quality and attention to detail is what has earned him a large client base. |
Karrie Krell
Operations ManagerBorn and raised in Florida she grew up working in a family business in construction. She started with CJS in 2004 bringing 8 years experience to her position and now handles a myriad of responsibilities inside the office and out in the field. Karrie is the main contact for large builder accounts such as KB Home, D.R. Horton ect. She works with builders reading blue prints and providing estimates. She is also in charge of overseeing all office operations, HR tasks, quality and safety programs. |

Natalin Almiron
Scheduling / Accounting Rep.
Born and raised in Argentina, Natalin moved to the United States at age 14. She joined the CJS team in 2005 and handles construction scheduling and accounting functions. Natalin helps to coordinate installers, materials and equipment. She is the main scheduling contact for new home builder superintendants to ensure job completion and accuracy. |
